Precare:

Skin should be healthy and free of any irritation.

Bleeding and swelling during the treatment can affect results, please avoid any blood thinning medications 72 hours before our appointment and any alcohol or excess amount of caffeine within 24 hours of our appointment.

Slight bruising and swelling is normal and should be expected and can last for a few days for some clients, please schedule your appointment accordingly.

If you normally wear contacts they will have to be removed before the procedure and not worn for at least a week after.

All eyelash serums will need to be ceased 6 months before your appointment and aren't recommended for use after.

All lash extensions will have to be removed until your new tattoo is completely healed.

Aftercare:

Keep the area clean, free from dirt, cosmetics and bacteria for 7-10 days.

Wash with a mild fragrance free soap daily and follow with a thin layer of unscented moisturizer. Be careful to not use an excess amount of moisturizer and avoid healing agents such as Neosporin and Polysporin.

Contacts, makeup, lash extensions and all cosmetics of any kind in the eye area should be avoided for the entire healing period.

Lash serums are not recommended for during or after the healing period.

Scabbing and peeling may occur, do not pick!

What’s the process like?

I start each appointment with an in depth consultation, we’ll talk about your goals and discuss color and style and what shape is going to be best for you.

I will then draw on a design for you, keeping in mind your eye shape and adjusting to your preference. I have a large selection of pigments that we will pick from together.

I use a topical anesthetic during the tattoo, most clients typically say the pain is very minimal. Your eyes will be a little puffy after, like you’ve been crying or rubbing them a lot, this typically only lasts a day or so.

The whole process takes about 3 hours.

Before you book:

Make sure to plan your appointment around any vacations or events. You won’t be able wear contacts and makeup for about a week. Make sure to let me know if you’d like to do a color besides brown or black ahead of time to insure I have it on hand.
