Rescheduling & cancellations

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel all appointments. Less than 48 hours notice will result in loss of deposit and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

A courtesy of one reschedule within 48 hour notice is allowed, additional rescheduling will result in loss of deposit and a new deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment.

Those who arrive for their appointment but aren’t able to be tattooed due to any of the reasons mentioned on our services, care or FAQ pages will result in a loss of deposit.

 

Late Arrival Policy

As a courtesy to my other clients, please arrive to your appointment on time, those who arrive more than 15 minutes late will have to reschedule their appointment and will result in loss of deposit and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

 

Corrections

Corrective work is done on a case by case basis. All corrections or anyone who’s had their brows done by another artist previously must book a consultation prior to booking with me. Those traveling long distances may consult via email.

 

Deposits

Deposits are required to book your appointment and are applied towards the cost of the procedure, they are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

 

Follow ups and Touch ups

Follow up or touch up appointments must be completed within 16 weeks of first appointments or additional charges may apply.

 

No Shows

Those who do not show up to their appointment and don’t give any notice will lose their deposit and be charged a 50% no show fee and will no longer be able to book any future appointments with me.

 

Payment

Cash or all major credit cards are accepted for payment, no personal checks.

 

Results

Results are never guaranteed, additional touch ups may be required to achieve desired results. Results vary from person to person: poor aftercare, skin type, health and lifestyle may affect your outcome. Please refer to our care page to see if you are a good candidate. Keep this in mind before you decide to get tattooed.
